Texas Gov. Greg Abbott orders a ban on all COVID-19 vaccine mandates in the state

Monday’s executive order prohibits any entity, including private business, from enforcing a COVID-19 vaccine mandate on workers. Previously, Abbott banned mandates by public employers.
