Cyclists stop to look at the fountains at the Caesars Palace hotel and casino on Tuesday, with the Las Vegas Strip empty of its normal crowds due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

“We continue to see a consistent and sustainable downward trajectory of percentage of positive COVID-19 cases,” Gov. Steve Sisolak says.
